KD^3C^3 - 20250301 thought I was a goner
Things are looking pretty bad out there. I don't have any avice for dealing with The Horrors you don't already know. Put down the phone you don't have to know everything immediately. Try to find a way to make the world a better place to live for someone.
Here's some things I enjoyed his week:
Hank Green is starting a cult for the weirdest fish.
The band Gorillaz has a new music video short/film thing that is very pretty.
I went to my local library and found a copy of Ducks by Kate Beaton in the Friends of the Library book sale. It's a graphic novel memoir by the creator of Hark, A Vagrant, and I had borrowed it from the library but didn't get around to reading it before I had to return it. Now, three dollars later, I have my one copy.
Our neighbors brought over a couple hot meals and a bunch of cookies.
A wild turkey jumped on our roof and sat outside my second story office window for a little while.
I helped my neighbor move some big heavy boxes.
I keep watching episodes of Chõjin Sentai Jetman on Tubi. It''s a Japanese superhero show from the same series that Power rangers would eventually take all of it's action footage from, but it this series came out a year or two before Power Rangers, so it's fun to imagine the world where this got used instead. Instead of dinosaurs, all the "rangers" are bird themed.
They Might be Giants release a new song called Wu-Tang
