Do Dinosaurs know about Mega Man?
Did you know the Nic Cage/Meg Ryan romance movie City of Angels was a remake of a Wim Wenders movie called Wings of Desire? In both cases an angel falls in love with a mortal woman and contemplates giving up immortality for her. I haven’t seen City of Angels, but Wings of Desire is quite good, it also has Peter Falk in a minor role, which is always fun to see. The only thing I know about City of Angels is that it has the song Iris by Goo Goo Dolls on the soundtrack. It’s a song I know deep in my bones from being a teen in the 2000s but didn’t know was technically from a movie until recently, let alone this particular movie. Anywhere here’s someone doing a cover of that song, but transformed into the classic genre of Ska
